VAYLA is non custodial and minimizes data collection. We do not require you to register an account or provide personal information to use the protocol. This policy explains the limited data we do collect and what we do with it.
2. Information We Collect
Wallet address: when you connect a wallet, your public address is visible to us in the same way it is visible to any node on the blockchain. We do not associate it with your identity unless you tell us who you are.
Device & log data: standard request metadata such as IP, user agent, and referrer, used for security and abuse detection. Retained 30 days.

Voluntary data: any information you submit in a form (e.g. creator application, bug report, support email).
3. How We Use Information
To operate, maintain, and improve the Services. To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats. To respond to your inquiries. To comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share limited data with service providers (RPC node operators, hosting, analytics) under contracts that require confidentiality and limited purpose. We may disclose data in response to lawful requests.
5. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States, the European Union, or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We use standard contractual clauses where required.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain processing. Submit requests to privacy@vayla.xyz. We respond within 30 days.
7. Children
The Services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact privacy@vayla.xyz and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and quarterly reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure.
